Bookings

A scheduler that already knows who is booking.

Bookings computes real availability from your weekly rules, your one-off exceptions and live calendar free/busy, then puts the meeting in the diary. The difference from a standalone scheduler is what happens after: the booking attaches to the same visitor record as the first anonymous click, so the person taking the call already knows the story.

How it works.

The mechanism, not the marketing. If any of this turns out not to match what the product does, the page is wrong and we want to know.

  1. Set the rules once

Weekly working hours per host in their own timezone, meeting length, buffer between meetings, how much notice you need and how far ahead people can book.

  2. Exceptions for real life

Block a week, a morning, or a single afternoon without touching the weekly pattern.

  3. Live free/busy at request time

Slots are checked against the host's actual calendar when the picker loads, so a meeting booked elsewhere five minutes ago is already gone. If the calendar is unreachable the slot list still renders rather than showing nothing.

  4. Booking writes to the record

The confirmed meeting lands on the visitor record alongside everything that person did before it, and keeps the original first-touch attribution.

  5. Confirmations both ways

Calendar invite to the host, confirmation to the guest, cancellation link that actually works.

What you get.

Per-host timezones

Availability is computed in each host's own timezone and presented in the visitor's. Nobody does the arithmetic.

Three embed modes

Inline in your page, a drawer over it, or a full standalone page. Same availability engine behind all three.

Attribution preserved

The booking credits the original source, however many months earlier that was.

Round-robin across hosts

Several people on the same calendar, with the picker showing the union of their availability.

Cancellation and reschedule

Tokenised links that do not require an account, and that release the slot immediately.

Flat rate

It costs us almost nothing to run, so it is one price with unlimited bookings rather than a per-seat tax.

What Bookings does not do.

Every product page on this site carries this section. It is the fastest way to be believed about the rest.

Every calendar provider
Google Calendar today. Microsoft 365 is planned. If you run something else, availability still works from your rules — you just do not get live free/busy.
Payment collection
There is no payment step. This books meetings; it does not sell tickets.

Questions.

What if two people book the same slot?

The slot is re-checked server-side at booking time. The second person gets told it has gone and sees fresh availability rather than a double booking.

Can guests pick their own timezone?

It is detected from the browser and can be changed in the picker.

Bookings writes to the same record as the other five.

That is the only reason buying more than one is worth anything.
