Everyone we rely on to run the service, and what each of them touches. We give customers 30 days' notice before adding to this list.

Model providers
Content sent to model providers is processed under zero-retention terms and is not used to train their models. Research inference costs sit with us — customers neither configure nor pay for a model provider.
Notice of change
We publish an intended addition here at least 30 days before it starts processing. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us during that window and we will work to an alternative or you may terminate the affected service without penalty.
