Who we are

Antiqore operates antiqore.com and the Antiqore platform. For this website we are the data controller. For customer workspaces we are a processor acting on the customer’s instructions — see the data processing addendum.

Reach us at info@antiqore.com. If you write about your own data, say so in the subject line and we will treat it as a rights request from the moment it arrives.

Part one — visiting this website

What we collect

• Strictly necessary. A record of your cookie choice, and transient security data such as a hashed IP used for rate limiting. This runs without consent because the site cannot be operated safely without it.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. Pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type, and an anonymous visitor key stored in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell or share this with anyone.
• What you type into a form. Name, work email, company, website, role and your message.

Lawful basis

• Necessary operation and security — legitimate interests.
• Analytics and any behavioural memory — your consent.
• Replying to an enquiry — steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a GPC signal we honour it automatically. Marketing categories are forced off and we do not ask you again.

Withdrawing consent

Withdrawal is not a flag on your record — it purges the events and memories associated with your visitor key. We keep the consent record itself, because we have to be able to evidence what was permitted and when.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries — 24 months from the last exchange.
• Website analytics — 14 months.
• Session recordings on this site — 30 days.
• Consent records — 3 years, as evidence of the decision.

Part two — business contact research

Antiqore researches companies and the people who make buying decisions inside them, using sources that are published and publicly accessible: company websites, careers pages, professional networking profiles, news coverage, filings and conference listings.

What we hold about a business contact

• Name, job title, seniority and employer.
• A professional profile URL, and a work email address that is either published or derived from the employer’s observed address format.
• The dated evidence itself, with a link to the page it came from.

We do not collect special category data, we do not attempt to identify private individuals, and we do not enrich from consumer data brokers.

Lawful basis and your right to object

Legitimate interests — business-to-business communication with people in a professional capacity, balanced against their reasonable expectations. You have an unconditional right to object.

Email info@antiqore.com with the address or profile you want suppressed. Suppression is permanent and applies across every research programme and every customer workspace — a suppressed contact will not reappear in a later run.

Where the data lives

In the European Union by default. Where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses; our processors are listed on the subprocessors page.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it. If we get it wrong you can complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

When this notice changes materially we update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell you directly rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
