Terms of Service

Antiqore is operated by Individuali veikla “AFKzona” (a Lithuanian sole-proprietorship), registered at Vytauto g. 71, LT-97132 Kretinga, Lithuania (“Antiqore”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@antiqore.com.

Antiqore is a business product. You must be at least 18, using it for a business or professional purpose, and authorised to act for your organisation. It is not offered to consumers or children.

Antiqore is an operating system for an autonomous company: an AI system that carries out real operational work — across product, growth, and operations — on your behalf, under your direction. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Antiqore acts autonomously, but it is built so that you remain in control. Anything that reaches the outside world or is otherwise sensitive is designed to wait for your approval, and every action is logged and reversible.

• You are responsible for the direction you set, the permissions you grant, and for reviewing and approving actions before they take effect where the product asks you to.
• AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You must not rely on them as legal, financial, or professional advice, and you are responsible for any action you allow to proceed.
• You must not configure Antiqore to send communications, make commitments, or take actions you are not lawfully entitled to make.

You agree not to use Antiqore to: break the law; send spam or unlawful communications; infringe others’ rights; upload malware; probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or misrepresent who you are. We may act on violations, including suspension.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where Antiqore processes data on your behalf (for example, your prospects or company records), we act as your processor and will enter a Data Processing Addendum on request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you put into the service.

Antiqore is in an early/pre-release stage. It is provided without any service-level guarantee; features, availability, and pricing may change; and you should not rely on it for mission-critical use without your own safeguards. Early-access participants may receive founding terms, which we’ll state clearly at the time.

Pricing, where it applies, is shown on our pricing page and confirmed before you are charged. During the pre-release period, access may be free, discounted, or founding-priced; we will always tell you the price and terms before any charge. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

We own Antiqore and its underlying software and brand. You keep ownership of the data and content you bring. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you. Nothing here transfers our IP to you or yours to us.

Antiqore is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law and without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antiqore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to EUR 100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law, including actions you directed or approved Antiqore to take.

You may stop using Antiqore at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, to protect the service or others, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply. We’ll always try to resolve issues informally first — email info@antiqore.com.

We may update these terms; if a change is material we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Antiqore after a change means you accept the updated terms.
