Privacy Policy
Effective 24 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Antiqore collects, why, the legal basis for using it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We hold to one line throughout: we use only real data, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
01Who we are
Antiqore is operated by Individuali veikla “AFKzona” (a Lithuanian sole-proprietorship / individuali veikla), the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Registered address: Vytauto g. 71, LT-97132 Kretinga, Lithuania.
- Contact for any privacy matter: info@antiqore.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
02The data we collect
We collect only what you give us or what is strictly needed to run the service:
- Waitlist & demo requests — your work email, and optionally your name, company, and role, plus a server-stamped record of your consent (its exact wording, version, and timestamp).
- Demo bookings — the details you enter when scheduling a walkthrough, and the time slot chosen.
- Prospect research — where we identify companies that may benefit from Antiqore, we may process business-contact information from lawful public sources for outreach (see §3).
- Product usage — if you have an account, the operational data you connect so the service can do its work, plus account and authentication data.
- Website analytics — first-party, cookieless, privacy-preserving measurement: the page path, a host-only referrer, allow-listed campaign tags, an ephemeral in-session identifier, and a coarse device category. We do not collect your IP address, set tracking cookies, or build cross-site profiles.
03Why we use it, and our legal basis
We process personal data only for these purposes, each on the basis shown:
- To operate the waitlist and send you a confirmation and access updates — your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, once you are a customer, performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To schedule and hold a demo you requested — steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Cold business outreach to prospective customers — our legitimate interest in offering a relevant B2B product to organisations (Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights; every message identifies us, explains why you received it, and offers one-click opt-out, and we honour suppression before sending. We do not cold-email individuals in a personal capacity where local law requires prior consent.
- To measure and improve the website — your consent for non-essential analytics (Art. 6(1)(a)), captured via our cookie banner; the measurement itself is cookieless and carries no direct identifiers.
- To keep the service secure and meet legal obligations — our legitimate interest and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(f)/(c)).
04How long we keep it
Waitlist and inbound-lead records are retained for 24 months and then reviewed by a person before any deletion — never silently purged. Prospect-research data is kept only while an outreach relationship is live and is suppressed on opt-out. Account and operational data is kept for the life of your account and a short wind-down period after. Analytics data is aggregate and short-lived. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see §5).
05Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy (portability);
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing, including objecting to outreach based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out).
To exercise any right, email info@antiqore.com — we respond within one month. To stop marketing email instantly, use the one-click unsubscribe link in any message or the unsubscribe page.
06Sub-processors & international transfers
We keep our supply chain short and disclose it. We rely on:
- Email delivery (Google / Gmail) — to send transactional and outreach email.
- Hosting & database — to run the service and store your records.
- Anthropic — the AI reasoning that powers Antiqore may process the text of leads, prospects, and operational tasks to do its work.
Some of these providers are located in the United States, which involves a transfer of personal data outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard. We will provide a copy of the relevant safeguards on request.
07Cookies & analytics
We use only a strictly-necessary cookie for your login session and to remember your privacy choice. Non-essential analytics loads only after you allow it in our cookie banner, and it is cookieless and carries no direct identifiers. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
08Automated processing
Antiqore is an AI system: it may score prospects and draft or take operational actions automatically. Anything that materially affects a person, or that reaches the outside world, is designed to wait for a human’s approval — you always hold the switch. We do not make solely-automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR without a human in the loop.
09Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and a full, reversible audit trail of actions the system takes. No method is perfectly secure, but we design so that sensitive actions are logged, reviewable, and undoable. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10Eligibility & children
Antiqore is a business product intended for organisations and the professionals who run them. It is not directed to consumers or to children, and you must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your organisation to use it or join the waitlist.
11Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
